These Terms of Use govern your use of Yeet the Frog, provided by Appthentic LLC. By downloading or using the game, you agree to these terms.

Using the game

You may use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reverse engineer, exploit, disrupt, cheat, automate gameplay, or use the game in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Virtual items and purchases

Coins, diamonds, characters, launchers, boosts, and other virtual items are licensed for use in the game and have no cash value. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment and refund policies.

Advertising

The game may display banner and interstitial ads and may offer optional rewarded ads. A Remove Ads purchase removes the ad formats described in the game but does not create ownership rights in the game or its content.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, or improve the game. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Intellectual property

Yeet the Frog, its characters, artwork, audio, software, and related materials are owned by Appthentic LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Disclaimer and limitation

The game is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Appthentic LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the game.
